Channel Marketing Manager/Campaign Specialist to join the Field marketing team at our client, a high-tech SaaS company. The main function of a Campaign Specialist is to ensure marketing campaigns are executed correctly and error free. A typical campaign specialist is responsible for creating marketing & advertising plans and monitoring advertising programs across various channels. The client's Channel Marketing team helps the partners accelerate their businesses by delivering innovative marketing programs, full-funnel campaigns and assets targeted at relevant personas. Channel Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Channel Sales team and partners to support the attainment of annual Channel objectives. Ability to translate global priorities to the local market as well as utilize data and local insights to develop impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and preference in the region.
Work Location: Remote - anywhere in US
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $30/hr to $42/hr
Responsibilities: - Create and execute a territory-specific strategy leveraging different sets of integrated marketing that enables partners to attract new customers and grow existing accounts
- Set up a longer term strategy per market, find empty holes and fill them in by accessing their marketing exposure per territory/country
- Leverage an integrated marketing mix including ABM, digital, email, virtual and physical events, webinars, social media and more
- Create channel marketing plans that help local channel sales and partners achieve a healthy pipeline
- Define the co-marketing strategy that expands client and their partners reach
- Create an effective Development Fund program strategy that results in high ROI activities
- Understand local partner requirements for program localization and local execution support
- Conduct partner marketing readiness assessments
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
- Measure, analyze, and report on local channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI
- Partner with Marketing & Sales Analytics on defining requirements for reporting/dashboards to support regional and/or corporate initiatives
- Support collection and analysis of indirect buyer insights and audience segmentation
- Advocate on behalf of the channel sales team and partners to educate the corporate marketing team on their needs
- Support local channel sales efforts to recruit partners that match local requirements
- Oversight of our internal resource who manages local 3rd party marketing demand generation agencies
Qualifications: - 2-3 years related experience required
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent experience/training required
- Experience in digital marketing and salesforce
- Knowledge of social media advertising and marketing principles
- Experience working for a software company with a channel program
- Enterprise software company experience is a huge plus
- Effective oral and written communication
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, HTML, Photoshop
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work requirements
- Problem-solving skills
- Strategic and organizational planning skills
