Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist is responsible for business-to-business collections, generating reports, building, and maintaining rapport with customers, applying payments and payment negotiation

Responsibilities:

• Handle collections for the US and UK market
• Contact clients to collect on all assigned accounts receivables in a timely manner.
• Reconciliation of short or overpaid invoices.
• Research of billing history of accounts to assist in resolving client issues.
• Assist cash application with identification of payments made
  

Requirements
-Experience working with portals (Ariba, Coupa)
-Availability to work independently
-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel)
-5+ years of business-to-business collections' experience in a corporate environment required
