Emler Swim School and its affiliates is a rapidly growing company based in Dallas, TX.  Currently Emler and its affiliates service families in eight states and at over forty-five facilities.  We are currently seeking a talented Community Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Team. This fast-paced and fun position involves coordinating and implementing grassroots / community marketing projects across the Emler Swim School system. This position is Dallas, TX based and requires a regular office presence and ability to travel. 

As Manager on our growing marketing team, you'd

• Implement and recommend grassroots marketing strategies to Emler Swim Schools and its affiliates, tracking the campaigns, KPI’s and ROI and making adjustments to influence success 
• Plan and build local partnership programs with organizations and companies 
• Point person for all locations for the CARES program, which is the umbrella charity program for each location.
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends
• Provide input to the marketing strategy
• Acts as a resource to all Emler Swim School and affiliate locations
• This position will be required to travel to local markets and visit all locations.  Marketing team members frequently travel locally, to DFW area swim schools, and may also travel regionally to other company locations, conferences or events.

 

Required Education & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Effective working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, marketing automation platforms including Constant Contact, and Adobe design platforms including In Design
• Software proficiency, including MS Office and design platforms

Preferred Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
