Compliance business analyst

This role is with one of our clients in the Energy space. They are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst who is familiar with global markets, specifically the European markets to help them with any and all sort of reporting. You will be doing different types of compliance reporting such as Dodd Frank, EMIR, KYC workflows, analytics around position limits, trends, etc. You will work closely with both the compliance and IT departments to design systems and processes that efficiently monitor and report on compliance, utilizing the latest in software and analytics tools.


This is a hybrid job and would have you commute to their office in Portsmouth, NH once or twice a month. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with compliance systems and regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and EFET, and an understanding of KYC and trade limits.
• Experience working with a global team or global organization outside of the United States
• Experience with database management, data analytics, and reporting tools.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and manage technology solutions that support compliance with financial regulations (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, EFET), including KYC and trade limit oversight.
• Analyze regulatory requirements to determine the impact on technology systems and workflows; propose and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
