Your Responsibilities

As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator at John Deere Horicon Works in  Horicon, WI , centrally located between Madison and Milwaukee, you will facilitate and implement the Continuous Improvement (CI) process. In addition, you will:

• Be responsible for driving and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and change that is aligned with the organizational goals.
• Drive adherence to timelines and completion within the CI process while interacting with key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and meet organizational metrics. 
• Provide coaching and training as it relates to CI.
• Collect and analyze data trends to guide decision-making.

What Skills You Need

• Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter and able to work autonomously.
• Identify and resolve potential risks and obstacles that may hinder the success of improvement projects.
• Must be willing to be a hands-on performer and spend significant time on the plant production floor and support CI across shifts as needed.

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
