MBI Health Services, LLC. is a certified behavioral health agency servicing the D.C. Metropolitan Area. We provide a wide range of services and programs for both adults and children for the sake of helping each individuals gain back their confidence and security into their lives. We partner with several well-known and highly regarded government healthcare agencies, such as the Department on Behavioral Health, the Department on Disability Services, and the National Institutes of Health.
● Manage, organize, and maintain Medical Records through Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Google Suite, external systems, and other MBI databases.
● Complete ongoing internal audits of records for accuracy purposes.
● Organize and structure new and archived files.
● Submit new requests for documents upon request.
● Update and maintain medical charts while maintaining the highest ethical standards, including confidentiality, and ensuring all patient information is secure and protected. Assist and prepare documents for psychiatrists and various therapists as needed. Complete clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records.
● Attend all company-required training.
● Verify eligibility of insurance.
Associates degree preferred
2 years experience managing medical records
