Job Description - Digital Marketing Acquisition Specialist

Overview Cox Communication is seeking a Digital Acquisition Specialist in Atlanta, GA! Digital has moved to the forefront in terms of customer preference for engagement and is the growth engine of Cox Communications. This Digital Acquisition Specialist role, reporting into the Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition, will play a pivotal role in the success of our digital acquisition efforts by owning new product launches, managing pricing updates, and conducting related testing and optimizations on our company's website. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our website through regular review and quality assurance processes, as well as monitoring reporting metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment. This is a temporary 12-month assignment .


Shift/Hours This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA; candidates will be required to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday / Wednesday)


Responsibilities
  • Manage new product and pricing launches on the company's website (cox.com), coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful implementation
  • Communicate new product and pricing launch details with third party digital team and agent assisted digital channels (call center, chat) for a consistent customer experience
  • Brief internal and/or external creative partners on UX/Design needs related to large scale product and pricing initiatives and manage subsequent creative reviews/approvals
  • Design and conduct product and pricing related testing and optimization initiatives to improve site conversions and revenue
  • Perform regular review and quality assurance checks on the website to identify and address any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or issues; includes monitoring video replays of real user sessions
  • Monitor website analytics to track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in digital marketing and website optimization
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition and other team members to develop strategies and tactics for increasing conversion rates
  • Identify and propose internal process improvements to drive efficient operations
  • Report weekly status updates and escalate project risks to manager
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings, regularly working in the office, sharing insights and ideas, and supporting team members as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field is preferred
  • Sales experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing
  • Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and use of creative applications (Adobe Photoshop, Figma) preferred
  • Problem Complexity - Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field
  • Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations; troubleshoots and resolves complex problems
  • Autonomy - Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions; Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues
  • Knowledge - Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of marketing field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Primary contribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional, technical) rather than managing people.
  • Influence/People Leadership - May oversee the completion of projects or assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.

Pay Range $30 - $32 per hour
