WE’RE LACING UP FOR THE FUTURE and hiring a Director of Brand Marketing & Go to Market . The marketing team is the heartbeat of Foot Locker and uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute world class marketing campaign s. We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of brand go-to-market strategy and a people-first leadership style who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment .
You will spend their time balanced between setting brand vision and driving the go-to-market planning strategy while champion ing cross functional alignment : overseeing brand messaging, product marketing and omni campaign creation, from brief to creation to execution. In this role you will develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy and calendar – i ncluding the annual and seasonal promotio ns and programs .

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $123000 - $160000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
