Title – Director of Housekeeping
Duration – Permanent/Direct Hire role
Location – Onsite in Sandusky, OH
Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000

We are inviting you to apply for the open position of Director of Housekeeping. In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring optimum operation of the housekeeping, common-area and laundry departments in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. You will provide guests with quality service and a clean, sanitized, and safe environment throughout their stay.
 
Additionally, you’ll also focus on:

• Monitor, manage and respond to guest comments and proactively address with operational resolutions.
• Monitor schedules for the housekeeping operation and manage staffing process to ensure appropriate levels of resourcing to maintain efficient operations.
• Recruitment of associate and supervisory roles.

 
We do require that you have a background, consisting of (an):

• Minimum five years’ management responsibility in a large volume resort of over 500 rooms.
• Having a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort.
• Must have managed time and attendance using software.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or college course work in related field.

 
Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
