Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with division director, corporate marketing, and local leadership to develop annual plan • Develop and implement strategies for internal communications, public relations, and media engagement • Coordinate advertising and paid media strategies with corporate marketing department • Maintain digital platforms and ensure up-to-date, compliant, and consumer-oriented information • Support online reputation management program • Foster community relations and partnerships on behalf of the hospital • Lead community engagement initiatives including planning and attending community events • Serve as media contact, spokesperson, and Facility Public Information Officer • Meet regularly with CEO, hospital, and medical group leadership to align on market priorities • Provide regular reporting of activities, key initiatives, and performance indicators • Monitor patient acquisition and engagement tools and platforms • Manage annual department budget • Support corporate communications and marketing departments on additional projects
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of related experience • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations-related field
