Director of Process Piping

Looking for an experienced Director of Process Piping. As Director, you will report to the COO and be charged with building and growing a Process Piping Division, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the company's presence in the process piping market. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all aspects of the division's operations, including business development, project management, team leadership, and client relationship management. This position requires a strong background in process piping, along with exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in process piping, including project management and business development, within the mechanical contracting industry.
* Process Piping Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process piping systems, industry standards, codes, and regulations. Experience in cGMP Facilities is preferred.
* Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees.
* Business Development: Strong business acumen and experience in identifying and securing new clients and projects in the process piping market.
* Project Management: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
* Safety Focus: Commitment to promoting and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are highly desirable.
