Job Description: As the Strategy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of client needs and leading the Strategy team's day-to-day activities. Reporting to either the Director or VP of Strategy, this hybrid role requires three in-office days per week. Specifics regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process. Your Impact: Serve as a key client liaison, overseeing media strategy implementation. Demonstrate deep comprehension of media channels' roles within a comprehensive plan. Enhance expertise in various media research tools. Provide support to the VP of Strategy and other senior leaders in planning initiatives. Lead a team, fostering their growth through onboarding, performance management, and training. Manage multiple accounts, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape marketing priorities. Cultivate strong client relationships and drive organic growth efforts. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of media planning experience. At least 3 years of management experience. Cross-channel media planning experience exceeding 2 years. Proficiency with standard media research and planning tools (e.g., Clear Decisions). Previous pharma media experience of at least 1 year, covering diverse conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer).
