Event Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will support our marketing team in planning, promoting, and executing successful events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote our events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising.
• Create engaging content for event promotion, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rentals.
• Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in event marketing.
• Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee engagement.
• Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting, gathering feedback and insights for future improvements.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and event planning.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
