Our client is looking to add a Global Email Marketing Manager to the team for a 6 month contract. This is a mostly remote role, but ideally looking for someone in the Boston-area to go onsite the first week for onboarding & training.

The Global Email Marketing Manager will be managing the campaign, the process, overseeing assets, measuring performance, and suggesting improvements - they will not be the one creating the content.

Responsibilities:

• Global management of product portfolio: monitoring calendar of sends, tracking progress, and alleviating roadblocks. Rely on 3 global email specialists and 1 intern to strategically project manage their portfolio of products.
• Lead the A/B test plan for global campaigns and ensure integration with the overall A/B test initiative between email, web and social.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns related to the global subscription products.

• Your overarching objectives & key results
• Support products and direct reports to increase overall email engagement through adjustments in design, cadence, and other facets.
• Increase subscriptions to pull communications.
• Increase the total number of A|B tests and awareness of capabilities through marketing function

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including both senior stakeholders and direct reports in a global, and at times, high pressure, complex, and virtual environment.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management, organization, and improvisation skills, with a high degree of flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure

• You have strong analytical skills, including Excel and data analysis, with an ability to efficiently deliver accurate metrics across a variety of projects

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Email Marketing experience (creation, recipient data handling, deployment, analysis)
• High Level Portfolio/Project Management
• At least 8 years professional experience with a focus on digital marketing/project management, ideally in a professional services firm; international experience a plus
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• ESP knowledge and proficiency (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo preferred but not required), advanced Excel, and slide-writing skills essential
