The Clean Water Center, located in Appleton, WI is a subsidiary of A.O. Smith. The Clean Water Center is your one stop water resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind.

Overview

The Retail Sales Marketing Representative will have both outside marketing responsibilities like coordinating attendance at local marketing events as well as inside marketing responsibilities like following up with customers who have their water tested by Clean Water Testing. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, Coordinate and implement local marketing events
• Drive company awareness through complimentary water consultations for CWT Inspection Customers resulting in service plans and new equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store management at partner home improvement stores.
• Attend Real Estate Inspection presentations with CWT Inspectors. Assist with growing relationships with realtors
• Develop opportunities to conduct lunch and learns with local companies
• Create business relationships through networking groups
• Outbound phone calls to schedule CWT Real Estate Inspection follow up Appointments
• Call on local realtors offices to coordinate realtor education on our inspection services
• Provide treatment solutions to customers with test results that require treatment.
• Coordinate Home Shows, farmers markets and other event marketing activities
• Coordinate adding online marketing content for our website and social media platforms.
• Generate direct mail postcards to houses near upcoming and recently completed installs.
• Monitor and maintain Customer Lead Database for partner home improvement company
• Other marketing projects as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• 1+ year related work experience
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform independently, while managing multiple projects.
• Solid work ethic while maintaining a professional appearance and manner.
