We’re looking for an experienced and analytical growth marketer who can leverage their channel expertise, strategic vision, and analytical prowess to define and manage the acquisition and expansion strategy of our marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a deeply analytical, quantitative thinker eager to build acquisition programs from scratch. In this role you will be expected to proactively dig into growth and optimization opportunities, launch and manage acquisition campaigns, define the strategic direction of the acquisition program, and communicate these learnings to a broader audience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a ROAS optimized acquisition strategy
  • Lead entry into new marketing channels and testing to optimize existing ones
  • Identify areas for optimization at every stage of the buyer’s journey and our purchasing funnel
  • Develops a strong understanding of the U.S. architecture and licensure space, including key roles and personas that regularly engage with BKS products
  • Learns and synthesizes the voice of the customer, including relevant user, buyer, and market/competitive landscape through research, analytics, feedback from the sales reps, account managers, customer success, and customers
  • Measure, track, and interpret key marketing performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Own the A/B testing process from brainstorming, test design, synthesis of results, recommendations based on results, and implementation of those recommendations to optimize marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Work and foster relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies to execute marketing campaigns

Skills & Competencies

  • 4+ years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role
  • Understanding of paid search and paid social fundamentals, strategies, and KPIs
  • Experience driving website and landing page conversion rates through prospect engagement
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and visualize data, draw conclusions and make recommendations to improve our investment and performance
  • Familiarity with email marketing deployment and strategies that nurture leads and align with the buyer journey
  • Proficient with HubSpot
  • High comfort level with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Google Optimize for testing campaign elements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while delivering high quality, timely results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with cloud-based HR solutions (Paylocity, Empower, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize ideas and data clearly and concisely in a persuasive, organized, and appropriate manner to both finance and non-finance business leaders and executive leadership teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated to learn new concepts.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite or related software.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Develop job descriptions, Predictive Index surveys, and post jobs via our Workable ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter seat, and other job boards, ensuring diverse sourcing.
  • Develop compensation ranges for each position based on credible resources. Advance compensation philosophy, including developing salary bands.
  • Review inbound applications, identify prospective candidates to phone screen, and administer the phone screens.
  • Forward successful candidates to Hiring Managers and support the Hiring Managers through the interview and offer process.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Administer/oversee interview training for Hiring Managers

Onboarding:

  • Oversee and execute the onboarding process.
  • Answer questions for incoming candidates/employees
  • Assemble and oversee mailing of all onboarding materials/equipment
  • Prepare and secure all necessary forms for new employees (offer letters, benefits, I-9, etc.), and have knowledge of and ability to communicate policies that are integral to the new hire orientation.
  • Administer background checks through the company system for potential new hires
  • Distribute/input relevant information in the company’s HRIS, and other systems.
  • Draft onboarding curriculum in collaboration with each new employee and their manager
  • Collect survey responses from new employees to validate our onboarding process.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Coordinate all employee changes/benefit processing documentation and input changes in Paylocity (new hires, compensation changes, promotions, terminations, benefits, etc.).
  • Oversee the payroll process. Ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with Paylocity and the company’s benefits provider to ensure timely distribution of payroll.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Be an expert and resource in all of our benefits and advise employees of the details of the company’s benefit programs.
  • Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual reports are distributed as required including W-2 to the employees.
  • Manage state employment accounts.

General

  • Be one of our strongest advocates for living our values and core purpose.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Take ownership of the management and administration of our State accounts for HR related matters
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Manage all of the company’s job board profiles & review requests.
  • Be a trusted resource to the company to ensure adherence to DEI best practices
  • Be a trusted, mature advocate and resource for employees to bring questions or concerns.
  • Be a trusted resource for the leadership team in all areas of HR, be an active participant in quarterly in-person leadership planning meetings.
  • Facilitate our semi-annual Performance Reviews and Professional development reviews.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Make recommendations on updating HR policies and procedures to minimize legal risk and maximize productivity in people management functions
  • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of information
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Off-boarding:

  • Oversee and execute the off-boarding process.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
  • Administer/Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
  • Oversee and execute the termination process to ensure all company equipment is secured, benefit administration documentation has been addressed and communicated and all hardware/software access has been properly vetted
