Opportunity

 

  • Key Account Management for strategic customer and partner
  • Establish and expand customer and market network
  • Support of growth and sales targets for Holon in the US
  • Lead and steer customer-oriented activities for market entry
  • Implementing global sales strategy in US market
  • Identification and acquisition of strategic target customers for autonomous shuttles
  • Maintain Global Account records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to document activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers
  • Work with Global Accounts to develop sales plans, introduce new products and improve existing offerings
  • Participate in Core-Team meetings to ensure customer requirements in global development process

 

Experience

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field  
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Business Development in Autonomous Vehicle, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Public Transportation Operator (PTO), or related industry
  • Good technical understanding of connected mobility and shuttles
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Skills in the following areas: Negotiation, communication, project management, team leading, intercultural working
  • Dedicated approach to getting the job done, regardless of departmental boundaries
  • Working Structure:  Remote + Headquarters + Business trips
  • Up to 70% travel required (Domestic & International)
