Job Description - Hotel Area Sales Manager

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, plus quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus.

- Opportunities for professional development and career growth. **Responsibilities**- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels.
- Cultivate a sales-driven culture within the hotels, working closely with General Managers and front-line staff.
- Achieve revenue milestones within a 6-month sales cycle.
- Actively prospect and secure new accounts in the local market, aiming to increase market share.
- Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams to report on progress and strategy.
- Utilize a CRM system to manage accounts and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with a dynamic sales team to drive revenue across the portfolio of hotels.
- Provide exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Travel occasionally to strengthen client relationships and expand sales targets. **Requirements**- A minimum of 3 years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments.
- Experience in a dual or area hotel sales role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage sales activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and adaptability skills.
