Overview:

Join the innovative team at Xerox Human Capital Management, a leader in HR technology and digital transformation. We are seeking an HRIS Manager to act as an IT partner within our Human Capital Management team, focusing on Sales Incentive Compensation. This pivotal role is suited for a professional with a profound understanding of Human Capital Management, especially in Total Rewards and Sales Incentive Compensation, who is adept at driving large-scale global transformational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, introducing cutting-edge Digital HR Technology solutions to elevate their HR functions.

+ Partner directly with the Sales Incentive Compensation team to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HR technologies.

+ Develop and implement tailored technological solutions that advance Sales Incentive Compensation strategies, enhancing efficiency and performance.

+ Drive the adoption of AI initiatives within the Sales Incentive Compensation framework, promoting innovation and strategic growth.

+ Oversee the delivery of technical solutions for Sales Incentive Compensation, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the broader HR technology roadmap.

+ Manage relationships with technology vendors, focusing on solutions that support the objectives of the Sales Incentive Compensation team.

+ Lead the charge in transforming Sales Incentive Compensation through technology, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure the success of key deliverables.

Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Extensive experience in Human Capital Management with a strong focus on Total Rewards and Sales Incentive Compensation.

+ Demonstrated expertise in managing technology-driven projects within the Sales Incentive Compensation domain.

+ Proven track record of successful IT partnership and project management within a complex organizational structure.

+ Proficiency in Enterprise Human Capital Management Platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM and SAP Commissions Cloud.

+ 5+ years of experience in implementing and providing ongoing support of HR applications.

+ 3+ years of experience in managing HR/IT governance programs.

+ 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
