Inside Sales Rep - Canadian Market | First Shift | Mason, OH
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specializing in our Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience and a passion for sales and customer relations. This role involves travel once or twice a month alongside our Engineers to various international locations, contributing to the expansion of sales and maintenance of existing accounts within the assigned territory. Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by researching and developing new accounts.
- Coordinate with factories to obtain pricing and manage purchase orders, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Conduct inventory control activities to optimize stock levels and meet customer demands.
- Utilize MS Office software proficiently for data management and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to resolve sales issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field].
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
- Willingness to travel once or twice a month, must have a valid passport
- Strong customer relations skills with a focus on fairness and quick issue resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
