The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IP litigation, with trial experience preferred, and a technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice. Candidates should also have some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The firm requires strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. SUMMARY
