Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: 

• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
• Execute and support direct marketing and campaign strategies 
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Coordinators to increase brand awareness and sales margins
• Promote products and initiate the sales cycle
• Share feedback, suggestions, and knowledge to fellow marketing and sales team members
• Identify consumer needs; problem solve and persuade consumers to overcome customer objections and close a sale as needed

Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator Requirements: 

• Bachelors in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Business or Communications 
• 1-2 years experience in marketing associate, sales, advertising, or branding position
• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and ambitious
• Strong desire to improve personally and professionally
• Phenomenal work ethic with strong organizational skills
• Outstanding time management and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
