Job Description - Learning and Development Senior Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Learning and Development Operations Team . Our organization sits within Human Resources Operations & Service Delivery ( HROSD ) and focuses on supporting all operational aspects such as Learning Assignments, Catalog Management and Logistics.

This role will primarily support the Learning Operations functions with systems testing, consulting, and enhancing existing strategies and infrastructures while introducing new solutions as the organization implements key process improvements and automation.

In this role, you will:

+ Engage and support multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.

+ Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the learning and development operations area.

+ Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects related to Cornerstone changes/enhancements.

+ Support testing activities of Learning Management Systems ( LMS ).

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates and resolves issues.

+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.

+ Work independently to make recommendations for operations function by providing support and leadership.

+ Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers.

+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

+ 2+ years of Learning and Development and/or Learning and Development Operations experience.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Deep knowledge of learning management system functionality, configuration settings, and overall capabilities ( Cornerstone preferred )

+ LMS Release Management / User Acceptance Testing ( UAT )

+ Workday Experience

+ Process management

+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

+ Experience in a highly regulated environment with strong focus on operational risk management and controls.

+ Offshore experience .

+ Experience in a vendor led environment.

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
