Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Learning Coordinator. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the training schedule; preparing the training material for all the programs; maintaining training records; preparing reports; supporting the development and retention of current partners by assisting the Training Manager in the identification, development and delivery of training programs.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

• AS/400, STAR, Unity and CCSS experience
• Training experience
