The Opportunity

Ferguson is looking to train our future leaders from the ground-up, starting in our entry-level Logistics Training Program on Spring/Summer 2024.

How We Train You

For a period of 9-12 months in Nashville, TN, our dedicated leadership team will guide you in a series of hands on trainings. Training will focusing on business operations in a branch warehouse environment. You will grow to have a working knowledge of supply chain management, information systems, order processing, warehousing, sourcing, and logistics management.

What Happens after Training

Upon successful completion of the training period, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role within a warehouse or warehouse related environment. Relocation will vary within the states of TN, KY, LA, MS and FL Panhandle.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (equivalent degree accepted) or 4 + years of related military experience

Pay Range

$27.88

Pay Range:

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
