Job Summary

Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Job Responsibilities

Perform basic janitorial duties of:

• Dusting furniture, walls, fixtures and equipment.
• Sweeping
• Scrubbing, mopping, waxing and buffing floors
• Removing refuse & recycling
• Polishing furniture, fixtures or trimmings
• Ordering janitorial supplies
• Cleaning restrooms
• Washing windows and mirrors
• Changing air filters
• Keeping the grounds clear of debris
• Cleaning refrigerator
• Assist with other maintenance duties as necessary

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with proper techniques and methods for cleaning various types of household and industrial surfaces and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GKN Experience
• Knowledge of general plumbing skills i.e.: replace fittings, fix leaks, open clogged drains and replace fixtures.
• Knowledge of general carpentry skills i.e.: ability to use woodworking tools such as measuring devices, electrical saws and drills.
