Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper at Park 120 Oak Hills apartment community in Omaha, Nebraska . This is a conventional property with 282 units. This position will pay up to $18.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

 

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.
