Your critical thinking skills will be key in influencing our market presence. What You Will Contribute: Develop, maintain, and execute marketing plans.
Gain a deep understanding of the market landscape and segmentation.
Define and fortify product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Stay abreast of competitive offerings and strategize to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to grasp customer needs and pain points.
Work alongside solution leads to align marketing strategies with product development roadmaps.
Ensure adherence to marketing best practices and suggest optimizations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge marketing effectiveness. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience (Required)
2-5 years of marketing experience (Required)
Previous experience in healthcare technology (Preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare payor/health plan operations (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically and ask pertinent questions.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape.
