Marketer / Appointment Setters

As a Marketing and Appointment Setter at Farmers Insurance, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our insurance agents. You will utilize your marketing skills to identify and engage potential customers, promote our insurance products and services, and ultimately drive business growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

1. Generate leads through various marketing channels to identify potential clients interested in life insurance products.
2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
3. Educate clients about Farmers Insurance life insurance offerings and benefits.
4. Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients and provide personalized insurance solutions.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments.
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

1. Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or appointment setting role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
6. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market dynamics.
7. Familiarity with life insurance products and services is preferred but not required.
