This role will support our two dedicated co-founders and collaborate with the rest of our talented team to drive our marketing initiatives forward. Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the day-to-day operations of our marketing endeavors. This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to collaborate with various teams to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies. Initially, this role will be part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and organize marketing campaigns and projects.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events related to marketing efforts.
Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
Assist in writing and proofreading marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic decision-making.
Compile and analyze data to provide insights that contribute to effective marketing strategies.
Manage and grow social media accounts for clients, monitoring performance and engaging with followers.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing campaign success.
Assist in analyzing data to make informed recommendations for optimization.
Oversee the hiring of additional marketing freelancers. This position offers the flexibility of location independence and self-paced work. We value self-direction, initiative, attention to detail, and meticulousness in all our team members. Required Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and platforms.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
Experience conducting market research and analyzing data.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with impeccable written and verbal English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Proficiency in quick communication tools like Slack and Clickup.
Availability to work during US hours.
Reliable home internet connection.
