Marketing Assistant

Are you a warm and engaging individual with the ability to make people feel welcome? Waverly is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant who has a hospitality mentality and enjoys assisting all current and prospective member of the community! This position plays a crucial part in creating a positive and reassuring experience for prospective residents.

• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and provide information as needed
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing prospects
• Assist in conducting tours of prospective residents
• Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence
• Maintain files and documents related to residency
• Coordinate marketing events and functions
• Perform other duties to support the marketing department and all individuals served.

Previous related experience is ideal. Familiarity with a sales data management software preferred. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create positive connections. Proficiency in Word and Excel needed. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
