The Summit has two communities, on one campus, providing a continuum of care for residents. At The Summit Independent Living and The Summit Assisted Living, we care for our residents and provide them with access to additional services provided by The Summit Health & Rehab Center through a partnership agreement with Hill Valley Healthcare (the operators of The Summit Health & Rehab). We provide care coordination for our residents and team members as both communities work together to provide consistent, quality care through the full continuum of care for all Summit residents. The Marketing Assistant/Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing and Sales Counselors with all essential marketing activities as well as overseeing the new resident move-in process. Essential Functions:

  • Maintains a professional, inviting atmosphere in the marketing office – greets prospects, visitors, residents.
  • Directs and assist residents to appropriate departments related to questions/concerns.
  • Maintains marketing CRM database; generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested.
  • Assists with all phone calls and mailings.
  • Maintain adequate supply of marketing and admissions materials. Maintain inventory status and monthly sales and marketing report.
  • Coordinate supply of brochures and inquiry forms for after-hours and weekend use by front desk, concierge, and guard house.
  • First point of contact for all online inquiries/discovery and tour scheduling for Sales Counselor if appropriate.
  • Maintain and communicate product/services information to prospective internet leads.
  • Implements the move - in process for the community.
  • Responsible for routine clerical functions.
  • Works alongside Directors in preparing community events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years’ experience or equivalent education in executive assistant/office management.
  • Experience in the concept of a Life Plan community.
  • Computer literate in office applications (Excel, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Power Point, etc.) which supports the efforts of the Marketing Department.
  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude and outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate well with prospective residents, current residents, family members, guests, vendors, and staff.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to coordinate many different activities simultaneously.
  • Well-groomed and dress accordingly to community policy.
