Marketing Associate

Megalodon Management is looking for someone to join its growing Marketing and Sales team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. We strive to launch our clients in style by creating exposure and acquiring new customers. The Marketing Associate role offers plenty of room for advancement and a solid career path. The Marketing Associate would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. The Marketing Associate will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and opportunities to upsell.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Market our partner's services and products directly to the consumers based on the needs of the clients
• Offer daily feedback and ideas to ensure the promotion of the product or service is an account we can ensure longevity with 
• Working with the fellow Marketing Associates and the Sales Operations Manager to integrate campaigns with sales promotions
• Keeping updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities
• Have consistently professional, friendly, and positive behavior at all times with customers, co-workers, and managers
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team

Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Development or related field preferred
• Proven work or internship experience in marketing, brand management, sales or similar is a huge plus!
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to have fun at ALL times
• People skills
• Reliable transportation to the office daily
• Ambition and Desire to succeed
