As a Marketing & Communications Process Lead you will drive the enablement of sales and marketing business processes within our commercial systems.

What you will do:

CRM technology consultation

• Identify underutilized capabilities that could enable business strategies
• Stay current with platform (emphasis in Salesforce CRM) upgrades and future innovations
• Participate in platform vendor customer forums

Communication

• Create engaging communications for our target audiences
• Generate excitement and drive adoption
• Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics

Sales and Marketing Process Management

• Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Accountability for E2E sales and marketing business processes enabled in our commercial systems
• Manage our team’s sales and marketing projects

What you need:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in digital communication tools
• Organizational and process mapping skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

• $75,300- $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
