Position Overview:

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, coordinating, and executing messaging targeted at dealers, motorcycle, and all-terrain vehicle consumers, as well as media outlets. Your responsibilities will include strategic and tactical press release communication, press event coordination, product launches, dealer communications, social media management, and advertising projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with enthusiast and near-enthusiast media, sharing product information and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Organize new-model press introductions, coordinating with internal and external partners for successful product launches.
• Manage product test requests and press fleet inventory efficiently.
• Provide regular detailed press and media reporting.
• Assist in developing internal communications channels for dealer support programs and marketing tools.
• Represent the company at industry and consumer events, providing live event coverage via social media.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred.
• Minimum of four years' experience in public relations, with advanced writing and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with AP Style writing and content management systems.
• Knowledge of the automotive and/or motorcycle industry required.
• Ability to ride, transport, load, and unload motorcycles and ATVs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, major social media platforms, Adobe Photoshop, and various imaging software.
• Flexibility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, often on short notice.
