We’re hiring for a Marketing Consultant position with a premier financial service organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  If you’re a motivated professional with at least 5 years in Marketing, it could be the perfect fit.  This role will start off as a 6 month contract with a good chance for an extension or even to convert to a perm hire!
$30.00hr
M-F 8am – 5pm CST We are a team of marketing specialists who are passionate about delivering the best field experience. We advocate and champion for the field. From helping our field force to overcome simple day-to-day challenges and pain points of using marketing tools to comprehensive one-on-one consulting, we educate and train on the best practices for integrating our marketing strategies and tools into their practice to drive awareness and deepen client relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Field Marketing Consultant is responsible for overseeing various field marketing programs from strategy through tactical execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer, with technical expertise of software and digital tools.  We’re looking for someone with a passion for process improvement, journey building, and marketing technologies. The Field Marketing Consultant will be responsible for the development and execution of assigned field marketing programs, while maintaining and optimizing existing field marketing programs – ensuring our programs maximize engagement and user experience across stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who takes the initiative to proactively learn the company/role, drives process improvements and adapts to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, interacting positively with internal stakeholders, the field, and our field marketing team. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Field Marketing Program Management: Drive the implementation and management of assigned programs, including but not limited to: operational workflows, special purpose mailbox management, and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) development and management, etc.
• Process Management/Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of formal processes and guidelines for managing field marketing service & operations.
• Project Management/Tracking: Ensure projects are progressing-to-plan as measured by the achievement of key milestones, meeting timeline & standard turnaround time expectations, tracking feedback and gathering success metrics, etc.
• Customer Service: Provide support for the Field, including responding to questions, requests and feedback.
• Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Build and effectively leverage relationships with various teams including, but not limited to, Field Marketing Consultants, Enterprise business partners, Marketing Department stakeholders, Creative Solutions, and Compliance to ensure alignment on project plans and execution.
• Metrics/Analytics: Identify gaps in current processes and work with cross-functional partners to drive efficiencies.
