Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: As a Go-to-Market Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing the CDW Digital Velocity go-to-market strategy. Under the guidance of the Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations Manager, you will help develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across the Digital Velocity team. We are looking for someone who not only understands the importance of analytics and reporting but also embraces innovation by exploring new approaches, strategies, and tools. Your role will encompass various aspects of marketing, including email marketing, digital marketing, and general campaign operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with a diverse team to launch and optimize campaigns with global partners (e.g., Apple, Cisco, Google).
Develop sales campaign proposals, partner presentation materials, and follow-up communications.
Manage sales field and partner marketing inquiries, ensuring prompt response and escalation when necessary.
Oversee digital activities development, including advertising and events, by managing necessary tools.
Maintain ownership of the team's marketing calendar, including campaigns and events.
Elevate our utilization of HubSpot, encompassing contact management, workflow monitoring, and campaign management/reporting.
Design email layouts, copy, personalization, and brand compliance in collaboration with the manager.
Liaise with Sales Operations and HubSpot Administrators to streamline sales and marketing processes.
Establish and refine repeatable processes to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, delegating and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion.
Communicate tasks and timelines effectively to the broader team, holding peers and leaders accountable.
Participate in information sessions, user group meetings, and partner update sessions.
Perform necessary support and administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively.
Experience with lead generation using marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
Proficiency in executing virtual events, webinars, and customer demand generation events.
Familiarity with coordinating in-person events, such as conferences and trade shows.
Foundational knowledge of graphic design tools for creating and editing marketing assets.
Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML and CSS.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets.
Strong note-taking and writing skills, with the ability to consolidate feedback effectively.
