Job Overview

DECA Dental Group is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist in implementing marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition, patient retention, and brand awareness. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our marketing team and field managers to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and foster community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of creativity, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans tailored to each dental office's needs and goals.
2. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media accounts, website content, and email campaigns.
3. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
4. Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, community outreach programs, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to support the team’s efforts in optimizing campaign effectiveness.
6. Build relationships and earn the trust of key stakeholders (Regional Directors, Regional Managers, and Office Managers) by responding to requests in a timely manner and following through on open items
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in dental marketing to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in multi-location local marketing, for example, retail, QSR, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
