Job Title : Marketing Coordinator  

 

Marketing position in Miami, FL for a company that manufactures medical devices. This is an “in-office” position that reports to the Director of Product & Marketing. This position assists in the planning and supervision of all marketing projects/ activities, and supports other departments’ projects, which are often time sensitive. Supervision of marketing events includes not only creating digital marketing content along with event coordination, but also having compliance-related documentations signed and stored according to company’s policy.

Duties and responsibilities

 

• To maintain downstream marketing activities such as social media management, email blasts to customers, digital marketing design and implementation, and supervision of the downstream marketing activities of the Latin American distributors.
• To initiate coordination of different marketing events such as congress, webinar, online conferences, Annual Meetings, and so on.
• To initiate coordination of marketing communications (eg. Newsletter, online resources, etc.) for Latin American distributors and Fujifilm Miami Team
• To maintain marketing tools such as websites up to date and introduce new tools according to market needs.
• To initiate coordination of training center activities such as communicating with physicians and distributors to make sure all necessary arrangements are made properly in compliance with company policy.
• To collect marketing-related information from distributors, create a summary and share it with other departments.
• To answer marketing-related inquiries from distributors and customers and provide adequate supports accordingly.
• To understand company’s compliance-related policies and requirements clearly and answer compliance-related questions internally and externally (from distributors).
• Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows as requested.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (mainly to Latin American countries)
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, event coordination
• Medical product management, marketing or related experience is preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organization skills, self-motivated hard worker.
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Skills in other marketing-related software such as digital art Adobe programs, Canva, Constant Contact, Word Press, etc.
• Must be bi-lingual (read, write, and speak) in Spanish and English. (also, Portuguese would be a plus)
