Job Description - Marketing Director

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Director for their organization in the greater Jewell area. The ideal candidate will have a strong tenure in logistics marketing.

Marketing Director Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $90-$120k

Marketing Director Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

- At least five years of proven experience as a Director of Marketing or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, market research techniques, digital marketing strategies, advertising principles, sales processes, copywriting techniques, analytics tools, SEO best practices, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behavior research.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth with the ability to pivot and manage multiple priorities

Marketing Director Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
