Marketing Manager - Armoured One, Syracuse

Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is recruiting for a Marketing Manager.

This position, under the direction of the Director of Sales, is responsible for overseeing the company’s digital media campaign operations.

Location: Syracuse (not remote); Employment Type: Full Time/Day Shift; Pay DOE, Salary range $25/per hour to $30/per hour.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy in line with company objectives.
• Generate engaging and top-notch content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email
marketing initiatives.
• Edit both short and long-form videos intended for Armoured One’s website and social media channels.
• Lead video conceptualization and production efforts.
• Design marketing collateral for use at conferences and by clients.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and execution.
• Ensure a tidy and safe work environment is maintained.
• Assist with the organization of live demonstrations and conferences.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Film and/or Graphic Design preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.

Skills and Abilities:
• Adobe Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills and an ability to analyze and use critical thinking skills on a regular basis.
• Team player with the ability to work collectively with others within the organization.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Self-directed with the ability to be resourceful plan, and organize work.
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics reflecting the mission, vision, and goals of the company.
