Job Description - Marketing operations analyst

Are you interested in how a major brand utilizes outside talent and influencers to move their brand forward? Do you have an interest in influencer marketing and social media? Are you comfortable with data management and familiar with Excel and PowerPoint? Our client, a global financial services company, is looking for a social media savvy Marketing Operations Analyst to join their in-house Talent Center of Excellence! This role will be Hybrid, 40 hours per week, onsite 3 days a week in Manhattan, with the possibility to convert to full-time. Please note: You must use your own equipment, as the client will not be providing this. The TCOE (Talent Center of Excellence, which is part of the in-house Sports & Entertainment team) manages the vetting process of all Talent (athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, etc.) requests to be used by various in-house business units. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Operations related functions
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Teams is a plus
  • Ability to manage hundreds of files and track deadlines
  • Ability to present weekly to audiences of all levels within the firm
  • Detailed note-taking skills to provide comprehensive meeting results
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
Job Responsibilities
  • Independently vet all Talent used by the firm (~20 names per week)
  • Run weekly meetings (Thursdays, 2-3 PM EST) presenting vetting findings to leadership
  • Create and distribute weekly team meeting agendas, provide meeting results, and diligently monitor follow-up with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal business groups (Brand, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Social teams)
  • Manage SharePoint intake forms/processes, ensuring compliance with Controls guidelines (data collection, process monitoring, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Social Media team (utilizes Klear, training provided)
  • Promote the vetted talent roster internally to various Lines of Business (LOBs), considering the firm's commitment to racial equity, community responsibility, diversity, and each LOB's specific goals and mission
