Description
Location(s): This position can be considered fully remote (0-3 days expected in office per month) depending on location. Proximity to an Elevance Health major office (pulse point) is preferred but not required. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
The Marketing Project Manager Sr is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex campaigns with large budget, scope and visibility; serves as mentor for other marketing project managers.
How You Will Make an Impact :
Works actively with Carelon marketing partners and creative teams to facilitate successful delivery of Marketing Plans, tactical campaigns, and development of marketing assets
Identifies, mitigates, manages, and escalates projects, risks, and issues.
Serves as a mentor for others.
Supports marketing strategies by ensuring project are delivered on time, on scope and on budgets.
Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with business goals.
Supports the strategy and remains aligned with planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire campaign lifecycle.
Submits creative brief aligned to strategy requests in Workfront. Manages and monitors the end-to-end Workfront process with expertise, including monitoring workflows, tasks, reviews, and project status; identifies and recommends process improvements.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Collaborates with business partners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and successful delivery of marketing plans and campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and to have passed a minimum of three Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) actuarial exams and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Proven work experience as a Project Manager for creative development of print, social, and digital Marketing campaigns strongly desired and necessary to be successful in this role.
Served as Scrum Master for multiple teams leading all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile processes are followed strongly desired.
Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and Workfront, desired.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Communication and team management skills.
Creative problem solving and ability to recommend process improvements.
Builds and maintains effective, positive, and productive working relationships with others.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $69,912 to $139,824
