As a Marketing Specialist , you’ll be responsible for executing RCI’s new member marketing strategy with a focus on planning, testing and executing monthly marketing initiatives to drive education and activation.
How You’ll Shine
- You are skilled at generating innovative ideas with a working knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing trends to support defined marketing initiatives.
- You are passionate about data-driven omni-channel marketing ensuring all campaigns are consistently reviewed and optimized to increase member engagement and activation.
- You will demonstrate successful project management in handling multiple campaign deliverables while remaining flexible as business needs shift.
- You will work closely with internal and external partners and thrive in a collaborative team-first environment.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and executing a high volume of marketing campaigns focused on driving RCI member engagement and activation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business
- 2+ years of successful marketing experience with focus on go-to-market campaign execution from start to finish.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to regularly present campaign performance alongside key insights.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing segmentation and lifecycle; travel/hospitality industry experience or new member/customer on-boarding experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Power Point; experience with Power BI and Google Analytics is a plus
