As a Marketing Strategy Associate, within the Lending Marketing team, you will work across all lending products (e.g. Pay In 4, My Chase Plan, My Chase Loan, Balance Transfer, Credit Line Increase, etc.), serving a pivotal role in the oversight of campaign marketing execution. This position will help oversee the deployment of creative assets and ensuring accurate processes and controls are being following prior to campaign deployments. You will help with multiple cross-campaign initiatives. This role sits within Customer & Connected Commerce Marketing, within Card Services in Chase’s Marketing Growth & Innovation organization.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Strong attention to detail is critical in this role, as you are primarily responsible ensuring our campaigns have met the requirements outlined in the strategy.

+ You will develop subject matter expertise ( SME ) in all card lending products and processes, and you will identify areas of optimization in marketing campaign strategy.

+ This position is the final approver for all campaigns cross-team before they are deployed.

+ Primary duties will include the development of marketing best practices and job aids, enhancements to procedures, and maintaining an organized approach to all marketing execution tactics.

+ You will also ensure process and controls are being followed across the team and any breaks are recorded and resolved.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a bank setting

+ Strong project management and can track multiple deliverables and escalate issues timely

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload

+ Attention to detail – follow processes and control prior to deployment of campaigns

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment while juggling a variety of marketing elements, campaigns and workstreams

+ Process-driven experience – understanding flows, handoffs, roles and responsibilities, approvals, and timelines

+ Ability to proactively identify and own solutions end-to-end

+ Exposure to change management with marketing process shifts

+ Self-starter who is able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment

+ Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines
