Job Description - Marketing Strategy, Sr Associate

Job Description

The Marketing Strategy Sr Associate is a member of the Home Lending Marketing team whose primary responsibility will be identifying, ideating and then implementing offers and programs aimed at increasing lead and loan production.  This candidate will be largely focused on understanding and acting on market level opportunities and optimizing marketing within specific top markets.  

You will have deep, hands on, first person experience analyzing data in order to identify trends or opportunities and present insights for action.  This candidate will develop strong partnerships with the Home Lending Sales team and other key stakeholders who rely on our insights and recommendations to drive production. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data-driven marketing strategies to improve the ability of our distributed Sales teams to promote Chase offers and programs based on market-level needs and insights.
  • Produce and share market level reporting with key partners on regular cadence in order to monitor performance trends and goals through high quality presentations.
  • Successfully manage and influence cross-functional resources to execute initiatives on time, on budget and with quality.
  • Oversee control processes and eliminate risk across marketing platforms and communications. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Management or related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Detail-oriented with reporting development and analysis skills
  • Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and outreach to business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members. 
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Financial services industry experience; prior mortgage experience a plus
