Job Description - National Sales Trainer

National Sales Trainer
Location: Fort Worth, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a National Sales Trainer, you will master the leadership coaching and sales strategies of the top 1%. You will work closely with the executive team and serve as a strategic partner with companies to understand and solve client sales challenges. You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of FPG and play a key role in shaping our future success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to sales managers focusing on developing their leadership capabilities, enhancing their sales management techniques, and optimizing their team's performance.
  • Coach, train and mentor individual contributors to maximize their performance.
  • Collaborate closely with client leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across all levels of the sales organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales leadership team, promoting a mindset of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and providing resources and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
  • In-Home sales experience. Required.
  • Currently leading individual contributors. Required.
  • Minimum of ten years of sales leadership & management experience. Required.
  • Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
