Vortex Elite in Miami, FL is looking for one operations manager to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 12968 Sw 133rd Court. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Train and disseminate information among support staff
• Assigning daily tasks to compliance staff. 
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
• Serve as a point of direct contact to market directors and healthcare specialists for all relevant information
• Ensure business quality standards are met
• Overseeing and providing feedback on quality of work to customer support agents
• Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency
• Make all necessary scheduling, hiring and termination decisions

Qualifications

• Experience working as a manager
• Must be licensed and experienced in Health Insurance (2-15 or 2-40)
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
