Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of orthodontic procedures • Work with Twin Brackets and Clear Arc™ clear aligners • Collaborate with trained assistants to provide the best treatment • Build relationships with patients • Maximize time with each patient • Take care of day-to-day operations • Connect with Orthodontists in the Quality Management Department for guidance and mentorship • Report to Doctors instead of a practice owner • Work with an expert clinical and operations leadership team • Receive corporate support from various departments
Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) • Orthodontic Specialty Certificate
