Our client, a leading name in the residential real estate space, is looking to hire a skilled Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in META platforms and advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing our client’s paid social media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving results.

Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others
• Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with our client’s brand voice and resonate with their target audience
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and identify areas for improvement

Paid Media Specialist Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid media and advertising
• Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
